Wesley Richard is a holistic wellness practitioner, former Division I athlete, and wrestling coach whose work explores discipline, presence, and embodied growth. Born in Arizona and raised in rural Dillingham, Alaska from the age of ten, he grew up immersed in community traditions, subsistence living, and a deep relationship with the natural world — influences that continue to shape how he understands resilience, balance, and wellbeing.

Wrestling became an early teacher in his life. A two-time state champion, Wesley later earned a Division I scholarship to wrestle at the University of Minnesota, where he completed a Bachelor of Science in Human and Youth Development, with a focus on psychology, sociology, and adolescent development. These experiences — from elite collegiate competition to coaching and mentorship — refined his understanding of how pressure reveals character rather than creating it.

Today, Wesley’s work bridges athletic discipline, nervous system awareness, and holistic healing. Based in Santa Fe, New Mexico, he offers Reiki sessions and quantum biofeedback using the Oberon system, supporting individuals seeking recovery, physical healing, and deeper self-awareness. His approach is grounded in intuition, lived experience, and more than two decades of working closely with nature through commercial fishing and farming.
